The board members including the president are elected by the members (excluding the current board members)

 

The board will have one president and 5 board members

 

Each Board member serves for one year and they are eligible for another two terms including the president

 

The president will present the proposals (with no voting right) to the board and the board will vote on the proposed ideas

 

The board members’ roles are as follow: Secretary, Treasurer, Outreach Director, Membership Director, Event Director
